What the FitRing does
Understand, don't guess.
Understand your sleep instead of guessing
The FitRing analyses your sleep stages – light, deep and REM – and shows you each morning how restful your night really was. So you can see what improves your sleep and what disrupts it.
Keep an eye on your heart
Heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO₂) are measured continuously. You see trends and changes at a glance in the app – day by day, week by week.
Built for sport
Steps, distance, calories, workouts: the FitRing tracks your activity without you having to wear a bulky watch. Thanks to IP68, in the pool too.
Never out of battery again
5–7 days of use per charge. The portable charging case is included free and recharges your ring several times on the go – just like your earbuds.
Coaching included
Your coaching programme – included.
Tracking on its own changes nothing. That's why your FitRing comes with a complete coaching programme by email: step by step, you learn to understand your readings – and improve them on purpose.
